The outlet valve module contains three membrane valves to control the flow path during fractionation. Up to five outlet valves can be used in the system, giving up to 15 outlets.
The inlet valve modules consist of three membrane valves. Pump A inlets are recommended for sample and buffer solutions. Up to two extra inlet valve modules can be added before the A pump which results in a total of nine A inlets. The B inlets are used for buffer and wash solutions. If additional B inlets are required, one extra B inlet module can be installed which results in a total of six B inlets. If there is no room in the chassis for additional valves, use the extension box and the extension stand for mounting.
