Waters, 176005312, PeptideWorks Tryptic Protein Digestion Refill Kit

PeptideWorks Tryptic Protein Digestion Kits uniquely deliver automatable, high efficiency, reproducible peptide maps in under 2.5 hours, 4x faster than average home-brew methods.  With one kit, protein digestion can be performed manually or automated on Andrew+ Pipetting Robot and is amenable to other automated platforms. In addition, this kit contains a novel chemically optimized recombinant trypsin, RapiZyme Trypsin, Mass Spectrometry (MS) Grade for quick, clean and complete digestions in 30 minutes without contaminating autolysis peaks which can further complicate data processing.  This refill kit includes everything needed to supplement PeptideWorks Tryptic Start-Up & Column Kit (p/n 176005310) and/or  PeptideWorks Tryptic Protein Digestion Start-Up Kit (p/n 176005311) for protein denaturation, reduction, alkylation, desalting and digestion to run a minimum of 4 samples up to 96 samples if needed. The refill kit provides: (2) bottles of Guanidine Hydrochloride (GuHCl) 5.7 g for denaturation, (8) bottles of Dithiothreitol (DTT) 16mg for reducing, (8) bottles of Iodoacetamide (IAM) 53mg for alkylating, (12) x 8/pks of Sep-Pak SEC Desalting Cartridges, (2) vials of 1M CaCl2 Salt Concentrate for desalting/digestion buffer and (4) vials RapiZyme Trypsin.  Please note: This refill kit does not include the 1 cc Cartridge Stand which is required for desalting. This refill fit is intended for subsequent ordering with the assumption that the 1cc Cartridge Stand is already purchased. The 1cc Cartridge Stand is available in the starter kits (p/n 176005310 or 176005311) or individually (p/n 186010128). Customer will receive two packages. One package will ship cold-chain with all reagents and RapiZyme Trypsin. The second will ship ambient room temperature with the Sep-Pak SEC Desalting Cartridges and components.
