The GlycoWorks Phosphoglycan SPE Reagents HILIC kit contains critical reagents that will afford robust recovery of phosphorylated glycans using the GlycoWorks HILIC µElution plate. The GlycoWorks Phosphoglycan SPE Buffer has been precisely formulated to be the optimized and recommended buffer used in this workflow. In addition, the GlycoWorks Sample Diluent is included to be used for dilution of samples upon cleanup with the SPE but before injection onto the column to allow for sample stability over time.
