It is useful as a standard in ELISA with purified mouse anti-rabbit IgG C101-359 mAb (Cat. No. 550326) for capture and biotinylated mouse anti-rabbit IgG C101-167 mAb (Cat. No. 550346) for detection. This product is not recommended for use as an isotype control for flow cytometry or immunohistochemical staining applications.
