Preparation And Storage: Preparation And Storage Store undiluted at -20°C. Avoid multiple freeze-thaws of product. The polyclonal antibody was purified from antiserum by negative adsorption and affinity chromatography. The antibody was conjugated with HRP under optimum conditions, and unconjugated antibody and free HRP were removed. The conjugate should be protected from prolonged exposure to light. The antibody solution was purified from goat antiserum and was passed through solid-phase immunoadsorbent gels to minimize cross reactivity with rat, human, bovine, and horse serum proteins (multiple adsorption).For extended storage, aliquots of the antibody may be frozen after adding an equal volume of glycerol (which will decrease the antibody concentration).
