If desired, the diluted 1X BD™ Phosflow Perm/Wash Buffer I can be passed through a 0.45 µm filter to remove any residual precipitate.  The BD Phosflow™ Perm/Wash Buffer I can be used to permeabilize or wash cells and to dilute antibodies for immunofluorescent staining of intracellular proteins.
