Overview
Use the Bio-Dot SF Microfiltration System for easy, reproducible binding of proteins or nucleic acids in solution onto membranes in a 48-well slot format. The Bio-Dot SF apparatus focuses sample into a thin line instead of a circle for reproducible quantitation by densitometry.
