Monitor UVis-920 is a high-precision, multipurpose, standalone UV monitor. The use of different filters allows the monitor to cover wavelengths from 200 nm to 700 nm, without changing the lamp. Pre-assembled filters with holders are placed with a push-button mechanism. Other wavelengths can be achieved by using an appropriate filter assembled in an empty filter holder.
The fiber optics together with flow cell configurations cover a wide flow range for a variety of applications whilst providing excellent flow cell accessibility. This allows columns to be placed close to the flow cell, which reduces band broadening and gives a high signal-to-noise ratio. This together with a low noise and a low thermal drift will allow a sensitive, stable and reliable UV/Vis absorbance detection
