This AccQTag Ultra Cell Culture Hamilton Script Starter kit has been designed for use with Hamilton automation platform enabling high-throughput sample preparation for amino acid analysis (AAA) with minimal user intervention. This protocol is validated using amino acid cell culture standard and media. The AccQTag Ultra Cell Culture Hamilton Script Starter Kit contains the addition of a USB that contains the script developed during verification testing when using a Hamilton® Microlab STAR as well as amino acid standards, AccQTag Ultra derivatization automation kit, column and mobile phases.
