Product Description

The method validation kit (MVK) contains three columns each packed with a different lot of material. XSelect Premier CSH C18 Columns are general purpose C18 columns that provide alternative selectivity compared to other C18 sorbents. Charged Surface Hybrid (CSH) technology enables superior peak shape and increased loading capacity for basic compounds. XSelect Premier Columns enable exceptional separation performance, robustness and throughput for HPLC assays while enabling a seamless transition path toward UPLC adoption. XSelect Premier Columns use MaxPeak High Performance Surface hardware technology which significantly reduces unwanted analyte/surface interactions that can lead to poor peak shape and losses in signal intensity.
