Description: Description This preparation consists of a mixture of two mouse anti-hamster IgG monoclonal antibodies. It reacts with Armenian hamster IgG1, IgG2, and IgG3, and Syrian hamster IgG1 monoclonal antibodies. It does not react with other hamster IgG groups or hamster IgM.  This FITC-conjugated mAb cocktail may be used as a secondary reagent in immunofluorescent staining.
Preparation And Storage: Preparation And Storage Store undiluted at 4°C and protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze. The monoclonal antibody was purified from tissue culture supernatant or ascites by affinity chromatography. The antibody was conjugated with FITC under optimum conditions, and unreacted FITC was removed.
