When used in combination with the Ion Xpress™ Plus Fragment Library Kit or the Ion Plus Fragment Library Kit, you may pool from 2 to 96 fragment libraries prior to emulsion PCR and then conduct multiplexed sequencing analysis, simplifying the next generation sequencing workflow for a wide range of applications, including targeted resequencing.
