Overview
This Immun-Blot ® LF PVDF membrane package contains 20 sheets of 7 x 8.5 cm precut membrane and 40 sheets of precut filter paper. The pore size is 0.45 µm and binding capacity is 150–160 µg/cm 2 .
Immun-Blot LF PVDF membrane is ideal for fluorescent blotting applications because of its low autofluorescence and high protein retention properties, allowing for long exposure times without raising background and maximizing the sensitivity of the fluorescent blot imaging system. The precut and preassembled blotting membrane and filter paper sets are designed to simplify western blotting setup.
