Properties: Low-shear, ideal for cell culture perfusion applications. Flow Rate: Operates between 1 to 18 liters per minute (LPM). Peristaltic pumps: Functions: Variable speeds for media addition, cell bleed, and permeate delivery. Applications: Media Addition: Adds fresh media to the bioreactor. Cell Bleed: Maintains steady state by removing excess cells. Permeate Delivery: Transfers permeate to collection bins. Filter holder Cartridge Type: Operates with a maximum of two ReadyToProcess™ hollow fiber cartridges. Orientation: Mounted vertically with feed inlet at the bottom and retentate outlet at the top. Alternating permeate flow (APF) Function: Defines high and low setpoints for permeate flow to encourage filter longevity by preventing lodging of cell debris.
