GeneScan 400 HD ROX Size Standard is designed for sizing DNA fragments in the 50-400 nucleotides range and provides 21 labeled fragments of: 50, 60, 90, 100, 120, 150, 160, 180, 190, 200, 220, 240, 260, 280, 290, 300, 320, 340, 360, 380 and 400 nucleotides. The sizing curve generated from these fragments make the GeneScan 400 HD ROX Size Standard ideal for a variety of fragment analysis applications such as Microsatellites, Fragment Length Polymorphisms and Relative Fluorescent Quantitation. Each of the DNA fragments is labeled with the ROX fluorophore.
