Recommended Assay Procedures: Recommended Assay Procedures ELISA Capture: The purified MABTNFR1-A1 antibody (Cat. No. 552535) is useful as a capture antibody for a sandwich ELISA which measures TNFRI protein levels. Purified MABTNFR1-A1 antibody can be paired with the biotinylated MABTNFR1-B1 anti-human TNFRI (Cat. No. 550900) as the detecting antibody, with recombinant soluble human TNFRI as the standard. Purified MABTNFR1-A1 antibody should be titrated between 1 - 4 µg/ml to determine the optimal coating concentration for ELISA. To obtain linear standard curves, doubling dilutions of recombinant human TNFRI ranging from 2000 to 15 pg/ml are recommended for inclusion in each ELISA plate.
