Preparation And Storage: Preparation And Storage Store undiluted at 4°C and protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze. The monoclonal antibody was purified from tissue culture supernatant or ascites by affinity chromatography. The antibody was conjugated with FITC under optimum conditions, and unreacted FITC was removed.
Recommended Assay Procedures: Recommended Assay Procedures FITC Rat Anti-Mouse IgG3 may be used as a primary or secondary reagent in immunofluorescent staining. FITC Rat Anti-Mouse IgG3 is effective for detection of cell-surface or intracellular Ig by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. Note: intracellular staining is not routinely tested at BD Biosciences Pharmingen. The BD Cytofix/Cytoperm™ Fixation/Permeablization Kit, (Cat. No. 554714) contains the appropriate reagents for intracellular staining.
