Preparation And Storage: Preparation And Storage Store undiluted at 4°C and protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze. The monoclonal antibody was purified from tissue culture supernatant or ascites by affinity chromatography. The antibody was conjugated with PE-Cy7 under optimum conditions, and unconjugated antibody and free PE-Cy7 were removed.

A useful control for demonstrating specificity of staining is pre-block the fixed/permeabilized cells with Purified Mouse Anti-Human IFN-γ (Cat. No. 554549) prior to staining. A suitable mouse IgG1 isotype control for assessing the level of background staining on paraformaldehyde-fixed/saponin-permeabilized human cells is PE-Cy™7 Mouse IgG1 κ Isotype Control (Cat. No. 557646); use at comparable concentrations to antibody of interest (e.g., ¡ 0.5 µg mAb/1 million cells).
