Penta·His Alexa Fluor 488 Conjugate and Penta·His Alexa Fluor 647 Conjugate (His tag Alexa Fluor conjugates) are for sensitive, direct immunofluorescent detection of recombinant proteins carrying His tags (consisting of at least five consecutive His residues) at 488 and 647 nm. Penta·His Alexa Fluor Conjugates are used for applications including immunocytochemistry, protein localization and targeting studies and fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS).
