Calibration Install Kit, Fast 96-well This kit is used to maintain your ViiA 7, QuantStudio 6 Flex, QuantStudio 7 Flex, and QuantStudio 12k Flex real-time PCR systems with Fast 96-well block. It includes calibration plates to perform a spectral calibration with FAM, VIC, ROX, SYBR Green, TAMRA, NED dyes, plates to perform region-of-interest (ROI) calibration, normalization calibration, and to run an RNase P verification. Calibration and verification should be run at least every six months. Please see your instrument maintenance guide for full instructions on use.
The dye formulations for your real-time PCR system will improve results with multiplexing by more accurately representing fluorescent spectra found in your real-time PCR experiments.
