Recommended Assay Procedures: Recommended Assay Procedures This antibody conjugate has been tested as a detecting reagent in ELISA (~2 µg/ml) to assure purity and reactivity. For immunohistochemical staining on acetone-fixed frozen sections, a dilution range of 1:25 - 1:100 is suggested.
