Recommended Assay Procedures: Recommended Assay Procedures The M18-254 clone is useful as a standard in sandwich ELISA, utilizing Cat. No. 556969 as the capture antibody and Cat. No. 556978 as the biotinylated detection antibody.  It is useful as an isotype-matched negative control for immunostaining of unfixed, live cell suspensions. This product is not recommended for use as an isotype control for intracellular or immunohistochemical staining applications.
