Recommended Assay Procedures: Recommended Assay Procedures SAv-APC is a useful second-step reagent for indirect immunofluorescent staining of cells in combination with biotinylated primary antibodies for flow cytometric anaylsis. The APC fluorochrome is excited by laser lines from 595 to 647 nm, and its emission is collected in a detector  for fluorescence wavelengths between 640 and 680 nm.
