Preparation And Storage: Preparation And Storage Store undiluted at 4°C and protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze. The antibody was conjugated with R-PE under optimum conditions, and unconjugated antibody and free PE were removed. The polyclonal F(ab')2 antibody fragments were purified from donkey antiserum by pepsin digestion and immunoaffinity chromatography. The whole IgG and Fc fragments were removed, thereby reducing the Fc-mediated non-specific binding of this antibody to Fc receptor-bearing cells.
