The monoclonal antibody was purified from tissue culture supernatant or ascites by affinity chromatography. The antibody was conjugated with biotin under optimum conditions, and unreacted biotin was removed.

No. 559561) can be used for the immunofluorescent staining and flow cytometric analyses of human leukocytes (see image) and cell lines that express CCR6. A titration range of 0.1-1.0 µg/test is recommended for biotinylated 11A9. The data in the figure represents staining of human peripheral lymphocytes with 0.25 µg biotinylated 11A9 and ≤ 0.06 µg/test of streptavidin-phycoerythrin (Cat. No. 554061).
