Preparation And Storage: Preparation And Storage The monoclonal antibody was purified from tissue culture supernatant or ascites by affinity chromatography. The antibody was conjugated with R-PE under optimum conditions, and unconjugated antibody and free PE were removed. Store undiluted at 4°C and protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze.
Recommended Assay Procedures: Recommended Assay Procedures In addition to standard cell surface staining of live cells, this antibody conjugate may also be used to stain cells that have been fixed with BD Cytofix™ Fixation Buffer (Cat. No. 554655) and permeabilized with BD Phosflow™ Perm/Wash Buffer I (Cat. No. 557885). Because the brightness of the staining decreases after cell fixation and permeabilization, the reagent titer may need to be adjusted.
