Run unattended experiments (via inlet valves, column valves, fraction collector) and execute DoE experiments at different scales. Mechanistic modeling The ÄKTA™ avant system is pre-characterized for mechanistic modeling: relevant system parameters are already included in GoSilico™ software. Furthermore, for calibration runs, data can be directly transferred from UNICORN™ software into GoSilico™ software, streamlining the modeling workflow.
