Transwell cell culture inserts are convenient, easy-to-use permeable support devices for the study of both anchorage-dependent and anchorage-independent cell lines They feature a 10 mm, thin, microscopically transparent polyester membrane that is tissue culture treated for optimal cell attachment and growth. Provides excellent cell visibility under phase contrast microscopy and allows assessment of cell viability and monolayer formation.
