Product Details
The EZ1 Advanced Virus Card v2.0 is preprogrammed with protocols for purification of viral DNA and RNA from a variety of sample types using the EZ1 Virus Mini Kit v2.0 on the EZ1 Advanced.
Procedure
Simply insert the EZ1 Advanced Card with the desired protocol into the EZ1 Advanced Card slot and start the instrument.
Applications
Purified viral DNA and RNA are compatible with a large number of downstream quantitative real-time PCR assays and thermal cyclers, allowing accurate quantification of a wide range of viral nucleic acids.
