Vessels
The bioreactor vessels are available in several configurations to suit different applications. Each pack contains 2 irradiated bioreactor vessels. The mammalian vessels (Part No. 001-2A23) are designed for bioreactor for cell culture, featuring dual pitch-blade impellers and integrated probes for dissolved oxygen and pH monitoring. For microbial processes, the microbial vessels (Part No. 001-2A13) are ideal, equipped with dual Rushton impellers and integrated sensors. .. Additionally, low-shear vessels (Part No. 001-2A33) featuring a single elephant-ear impeller, and no baffles, are perfect for gentle mixing such as in advanced therapy / regenerative medicine applications using cells such as T-Cells, MSCs, hPSCs and including resuspension of microcarriers or aggregates.
Protective covers are essential for maintaining the integrity of your Ambr® vessel. Dust covers protect your microbioreactor vessel from contaminants, ensuring a clean working environment. Light protection covers shield your mini reactor from light exposure.
Gas Filters
Gas filters are crucial for ensuring clean gas flow in your automated bioreactor. Minisart® SRP25 filters protect the aeration module from particles, with each pack containing 50 unsterile filters. For larger setups, Midisart® 2000 filters provide robust protection, with each pack including 100 unsterile filters.
Maintenance and Cleaning Kits
Maintenance kits are designed to keep your mini bioreactor in top condition. The septum caps kit (Part No. 001-2A40) includes eight irradiated caps for easy maintenance of your bioreactor vessels.
