The Octet® Anti-HIS (HIS2) Biosensors are coated with high affinity, high specificity Anti-HIS antibody and offer a label-free method for HIS-tagged protein quantitation. The high specificity of the antibody-based biosensor enables the direct quantitation of HIS-tagged proteins in crude lysates, column eluents, and cell culture supernatants, thus serving as an alternative to traditional time-consuming analytical methods, such as HPLC and ELISA.
