In addition to sample racks and reagent racks, the Octet® SF3 can accommodate most common volume sample plates via the use of a Rack Adaptor. A range of standard and deep well 96 well plates rack adaptors are available which everyday use. For higher throughput requirements, standard and deep well 384 well rack adaptors cover volumes up to 240 µL. Self-adhesive Octet® SPR Plate Seals are available for 96 and 384 wells, which are especially designed to remove the risk adhesive build up on the sample probe and can affect system performance.
