Incucyte® rAstrocytes are isolated from the cortex of Sprague Dawley Rats at day 18 of gestation and cryopreserved at 2,000,000 per vial. The ready-to-use vials are intended for use within the Incucyte® Live-Cell Analysis System in 96-well co-culture assays with Incucyte® rCortical Neurons (Cat. No. 4753) for live-cell analysis of Incucyte® Neuronal Activity or Incucyte® Neurite Analysis.
