The pHrodo® Labeling Buffer for Incucyte® is used in conjunction with the pHrodo® Red (4649) or pHrodo® Orange (4766) Cell Labeling Kits for Incucyte® for phagocytosis assays. The pHrodo® Labeling Buffer is used during the cell labeling step of the assay set up.
Note: 100 mL of pHrodo® Labeling Buffer for Incucyte® is included in purchase of the pHrodo® Cell Labeling for Incucyte® kits.
