Product Description

Utilize the iQue® Human 4-Plex Apoptosis Kit for a multiparameter assay with four distinct reagent components for determining multiple apoptosis markers in a single well.
Top Features of the iQue® Human 4-Plex Apoptosis Kit
Simple, no-wash multiparameter assay
Determines multiple apoptosis endpoints

Look no further for quick, accurate and reliable apoptosis assay determination – the iQue® Human 4-Plex Apoptosis Kit ensures top-rate determinations and easily replicable results. We make it easy for you to obtain robust data.
Simple Multiparameter Analysis
With the iQue® Human 4-Plex Apoptosis Kit, perform simple, no-wash multiparameter assays designed for measuring multiple cellular endpoints. This kit was designed to be easy to use, accurate and provide roust and distinct information in apoptosis assays.
Easy Streamlined Workflow
iQue® Human 4-Plex Apoptosis Kit allows for comprehensive apoptosis analysis with unparalleled ease. Like many other iQue® Cell-Based Kits, the iQue® Human 4-Plex Apoptosis Kit has been optimized for no-wash protocol. You need only add and read for a fast, easily streamlined workflow. Perform 4-plex analysis with greater ease than many single endpoint kits.
Four-Parameter Analysis for Multiple Endpoints
The iQue® Human 4-Plex Apoptosis Kit allows for simple, easy and simultaneous detection of Caspase 3/7 activation, Annexin V binding, cell viability and mitochondrial depolarization from a single sample.
Caspase 3/7 Activation Principle
The activation of Caspase 3 and 7 is detected using NucView 488 Caspase-3/7 substrate which, upon cleavage by activated enzyme, results in an intracellular fluorescent signal.
Annexin V Binding Principle
The surface expression of phosphatidylserine is detected by the binding of Annexin V to the cell surface.
Cell Viability Principle
The uptake of membrane-impermeable dye determines cell viability through compromised (porous) membranes.
Mitochondrial Depolarization
Mitochondrial membrane potential is determined by sequestration of a small fluorescent molecule inside the lumen of intact mitochondria with active membrane potential. The dye leaks into the cytoplasm upon mitochondrial depolarization, and the cell exhibits a decrease in fluorescence.
Run Simultaneously or Individually
The iQue® Human 4-Plex Apoptosis Kit allows for unmatched versatility in apoptosis assays. All four reagents can be run simultaneously, or individual reagents are available separately to mix and match according to experimental objectives.
