The Sartoflow® Advanced is a modular crossflow system for ultrafiltration, microfiltration and diafiltration applications in many biopharmaceutical processes, such as the purification of vaccines, monoclonal antibodies and recombinant proteins.
The Sartoflow® Advanced offers the possibility to use both Sartocon® Slice or Sartocon® Cassettes in crossflow filtration. Therefore the Sartoflow® Advanced offers a linear scale up from 0.1 up to 2.1 m2 membrane area. Thanks to the compact design and the very low recirculation volume of ~ 200 ml, this system also enables small process batches to be concentrated. The Sartoflow® Advanced can also be used under demanding laboratory and production conditions.
