Defined Keratinocyte SFM (1X) Defined Keratinocyte SFM is a serum-free medium optimized for the isolation and expansion of human keratinocytes without the need for bovine pituitary extract (BPE) supplementation or the use of fibroblast feeder layers. The growth-promoting activity of BPE has been replaced by the inclusion of growth-promoting agents, which enhance consistent product performance.
