Dynabeads™ Untouched™ Human CD8 T Cells Kit The Dynabeads™ Untouched™ Human CD8 T Cells Kit is used to isolate pure and viable untouched CD8+ T cells from PBMC by negative isolation. The kit depletes CD4+ T cells, B cells, NK cells, monocytes, platelets, dendritic cells, granulocytes, and erythrocytes. The negatively isolated human CD8+ T-cells are left in the sample and have not been in contact with the Dynabeads™. The bead- and antibody-free CD8+ T cells are truly untouched, and in perfect shape for any functional assay or application.
