2 mL Use this kit to isolate pure and viable untouched CD4+ T-cells from PBMC by negative isolation. The kit depletes CD8+ T cells, B cells, NK cells, monocytes, platelets, dendritic cells, granulocytes and erythrocytes. The negatively isolated human CD4+ T-cells are left in the sample and have not been in contact with the Dynabeads. The bead and antibody-free CD4+ T-cells are truly untouched, and in perfect shape for any functional assay and application.

• No columns requiredMethodology:An antibody mix towards the non-CD4 cells is added to the sample and allowed to bind to the cells. Dynabeads are added and will bind to the antibody-labeled cells during a short incubation. The bead-bound cells are quickly separated on a magnet and discarded. The remaining negatively isolated and untouched human CD4+ T-cells can be directly analyzed in a flow cytometer and used in any application. Note:A negative isolation strategy isolates pure and truly untouched cells.
