Silencer™ Select Negative Control #2 siRNA has been carefully designed and extensively tested, and has no significant sequence similarity to mouse, rat, or human gene sequences. This negative control siRNA has been tested by microarray analysis and shown to have minimal effects on gene expression. It has also been tested in multi-parametric, cell-based assays and shown to have no significant effect on cell proliferation, viability, or morphology in the cell lines tested.
