Ion Xpress™ Plus Fragment Library Kit for AB Library Builder™ System The Ion Xpress™ Plus Fragment Library Kit for AB Library Builder™ System provides a rapid, flexible, and high-throughput solution for library construction upstream of the semiconductor sequencing workflow. This ready-to-use reagent cartridge simplifies next-generation sequencing by enabling automated DNA fragment library preparation for the Personal Genome Machine™ and soon the Proton™ sequencing systems. This kit contains sample preparation reagents for enzymatic shearing and library construction of 13 DNA libraries for semiconductor sequencing.
