Thermo Fisher, 65020D, Dynabeads™ Carboxylic Acid for RNA Purification

2 mL Dynabeads Carboxylic Acid for RNA Purification are intended for simple, scalable, and automatable purification of crude RNA produced by in vitro transcription (IVT) (figure below) in combination with Dynabeads RNA Binding Buffer (available separately). It is particularly suitable where flexibility and high purity are required, such as in the discovery phase of RNA-based vaccines and therapeutics development.
The product contains monosized (1 μm), monodispersed, paramagnetic beads characterized by high speed-to-magnet and high pellet stability. The concentration of the beads is 10 mg/mL. The beads are stored in purified water and may be recycled for at least six times.
