Thermo Fisher, 65040D, Dynabeads™ RNA Binding Buffer Dynabeads RNA Binding Buffer is intended for use with Dynabeads Carboxylic Acid for RNA Purification beads, together providing a simple, scalable, and automatable solution for purification of crude RNA produced by in vitro transcription (IVT). The products may be used for purification following solid-phase IVT with Dynabeads Streptavidin for In Vitro Transcription (figure below). The combination is particularly suitable where flexibility and high purity are required, such as in the discovery phase of RNA-based vaccines and therapeutics development.
