100 mL TrypLE™ Select is an animal origin free, recombinant enzyme for dissociating a wide range of adherent mammalian cells, including CHO, HEK 293, A549, primary human keratinocytes, and embryonic stem cells. We offer a variety ofTrypLE™ formulations for a range of cell culture applications.

Gentle on cellsTrypLE™ Select, like trypsin, cleaves peptide bonds on the C-terminal sides of lysine and arginine. However, TrypLE™ Select's exceptional purity increases specificity due to the action of a single enzyme. This reduces damage caused by cleavage from multiple enzymes in trypsin and other extracts.
Room-temperature stableTrypLE™ Select is room-temperature stable and ready to use. TrypLE™ Select cell dissociation reagents remain stable for 24 months at room temperature or 2–8°C, making storage and handling easy and convenient.
Easy to useTrypLE™ Select can be substituted for trypsin in existing protocols. In addition, dilution alone inactivates TrypLE™ Select, avoiding the need for trypsin inhibitors, such as FBS.
Animal Origin Free (AOF)Unlike porcine trypsin and other enzymes, TrypLE™ Select is free of animal-derived components, and is formulated on dedicated animal origin-free equipment.
