1 mL This plate establishes the pure dye spectra and multicomponent values for ABY™, JUN™, and MUSTANG PURPLE™ dyes on Applied Biosystems™ QuantStudio™ 3 and 5 96-well 0.
1-mL real-time PCR systems. It enables simultaneous multiple dye calibrations in one plate, significantly reducing effort and time required for dye calibration. In addition, the formulations of the dyes in this plate improve results with multiplexing by more accurately representing the fluorescent spectra of the respective probes in your real-time PCR experiments. Please refer to the instrument user guide for full instructions on usage.
