It includes the 8-well strips that are part of the MicroSEQ™ IDUltraSequencing Clean-up 8-Strips Kit (Cat. No. A33246) but does not include the 96-well receiver plate. The gel filtration matrix used in the strip cartridges provides a convenient and simple way to remove dye terminators, dNTPs, salts, and residual primers from cycle sequencing reactions.
