When used in combination with Ion AmpliSeq and Oncomine assays, the kit enables users to pool up to 96 amplicon libraries to conduct multiplexed sequencing analysis, thereby increasing lab efficiency and reducing sequencing costs per sample. The barcode adapters are provided in 96-well plate format.
