Attune™ NxT Flow Cell Cleaning Solution The quality of your flow cytometry data can be affected by the cleanliness of the flow cell. Attune NxT Flow Cell Cleaning Solution is an alkaline liquid concentrate that, when mixed with water, removes contaminants without damaging the quartz glass used in the optical system of the Attune NxT Acoustic Focusing Cytometer. Attune NxT Flow Cell Cleaning Solution has been formulated to minimize the contamination build-up that may occur in the system lines or flow cell after repeated usage. This solution is recommended for use during the SIP sanitize function just prior to the shutdown procedure. The recommended frequency of use depends upon the number of samples analyzed on the instrument. For high volume users, it is recommended as a daily preventive measure.
