Oncomine™ IGH FR2-J Assay, DNA The Oncomine IGH FR2-J Assay is a targeted next-generation sequencing (NGS) assay for detection of B-cell diversity for clonality assessment to measure clonal expansion with accuracy and for detection of rare clones with high sensitivity. Primers have been specifically designed to regions of the immunoglobulin heavy chain with lower levels of somatic hypermutation to increase primer-binding efficiency. The Oncomine IGH FR2-J Assay is an ideal solution when additional resolution is required following an initial test using an assay such as the Oncomine BCR Pan-Clonality Assay (A51559) or Oncomine BCR IGH-LR Assay (A45485).
