1000 Reactions Invitrogen SuperScript IV RT-LAMP Master Mix is a ready-to-use solution optimized for fast, sensitive, and simple RNA target detection in loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) reactions. With this convenient master mix formulation, you can perform isothermal amplification from both RNA or DNA targets in a single tube format.

• Flexible design provides several options for evaluating results, including real-time and endpoint detection methodsSuperScript IV RT-LAMP Master Mix includes an evolved Bst DNA polymerase mutant with a fast reaction speed and increased sensitivity and tolerance to inhibitors, as well as SuperScript IV Reverse Transcriptase with increased processivity, thermostability, and inhibitor resistance. To prevent RNA degradation by carry-over RNases, the master mix includes the potent, noncompetitive RNaseOUT Recombinant Ribonuclease Inhibitor. Our proprietary reaction buffer composition is optimized to increase specificity by delaying no-template control (NTC) amplification time.
